The lids are set to fly at The Q as the Queensland Winter Greyhound Carnival takes centre stage at its new home.
This year’s carnival heats up with the running of the seventh annual Origin Greyhound Series.
It’s state vs state as Queensland’s best chasers go head-to-head with their southern rivals, with the Sunshine State looking to wrestle back the title after NSW claimed the 2024 trophy.
The Sprint and Distance races – both worth $150,000 – will set the scene before the Match Race potentially decides who will take home the shield in 2025.
